The Faculty of Vocational Studies adopts a hands-on and practical approach to learning. Students are provided with opportunities to engage in practical exercises, laboratory work, fieldwork, and industry attachments. This approach helps students develop the necessary skills and competencies required for their chosen vocational fields.

The Faculty of Vocational Studies at Kyambogo University was established to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in vocational and technical fields. It recognizes the importance of practical training and equipping students with relevant skills to contribute to the socio-economic development of Uganda

I am delighted to welcome you all to the Faculty of Vocational Studies at Kyambogo University. As the Dean of the Faculty, I am honored to lead a community of dedicated individuals committed to providing excellent vocational education and training.

At our faculty, we are passionate about providing you with a well-rounded vocational education that prepares you for success in your chosen field. Whether you are pursuing a program in engineering, agriculture, business studies, information technology, education, or health sciences, our goal is to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to excel.

As your lecturer, my role is not only to deliver lectures and facilitate discussions but also to guide and support you in your learning process. I am here to answer your questions, provide clarifications, and help you navigate through the course material.
